Our Junior classes allow kids to build strong foundations for sport and life. Sessions are fun and engaging, introducing key movement skills such as squatting, jumping, landing, pushing, and pulling.

Kids gain confidence, coordination, and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment. â€‹Suitable for kids in P4-P7.​​​

TIN SHED TEENS

MONDAY - 3:15PM

WEDNESDAY - 4:30PM

FRIDAY - 3:30PM

Our Teen classes focus on refining movement technique and introduce structured strength training. Growth spurts and coordination changes make good training habits essential for reducing injury risk and supporting development.​

Whether they play a sport or want to get stronger and stay active, this group builds the skills to train with confidence. Suitable for teens in S1-S3.​​​

TIN SHED YOUTH ACADEMY

MONDAY - 4:45PM

WEDNESDAY - 6:30PM

'Train with Purpose. Perform with Confidence'

Our Youth Academy is designed for teens who want to take their training to the next level. These sessions focus on structured strength work, power development, speed, and conditioning. Performance tracking builds ownership and prepares athletes for senior sport and adult training environments.

Suitable for teens in S4-S6.

TIN SHED YOUTH GIRLS

TUESDAY - 4PM

This class is designed to empower young girls to build strength, confidence, and a solid foundation in fitness.​ Our sessions focus on improving strength, coordination, balance, and overall fitness in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment. We focus on building good habits and preventing injuries, particularly if they participate in another sport.

​

Suitable for youth girls in P7-S4.

HOWE YOUTH RUGBY

TUESDAY - 4PM / 5PM / 6PM

WEDNESDAY - 6:30PM (P6/7)

THURSDAY - 4PM / 5PM / 6PM

Our Rugby Strength & Conditioning programming supports players through key stages of physical development. Sessions focus on building strength, speed, power, and resilience to prepare players for the physical demands of rugby.

Athletes learn how to train safely and effectively while developing habits that will support long-term performance and injury prevention. Players train with others in their age group and progress through our structured development pathway.
