Bootcamp Strength is a full-body training session designed to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident. You'll build muscular strength using a mix of compound resistance exercises and targeted accessory work.
Each class offers a challenging yet accessible strength-based workout that improves strength, stability, and movement mechanics - making it a great fit for all fitness levels.

SATURDAY SWEAT
SATURDAY - 8AM / 9AM
Kick start your weekend on a high feeling energised and strong! A high-energy, cardio-focused class designed to boost fitness levels.
Completed in pairs or small teams, this session blends fast-paced conditioning and functional movements.

BOOTCAMP MASTERS
MONDAY - 11AM / 2PM
WEDNESDAY - 10AM / 11AM
FRIDAY - 11AM
Bootcamp Masters is a class specifically created for individuals over 50. These low impact sessions aim to build strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.
